I agree. The gender of a policymaker effects how they prioritize issues on their agenda. A female politician is more likely to relate to womens issues than a male candidate, but how the women writes policy depends on her party. Carly will prioritize abortion for different reasons Hillary will.

For the most part I agree. However a female Democrat is naturally more horrified by coat hanger abortions and the pain of dilation & curettage. She would be more likely to prioritize reproductive care on her agenda if that issue is competing against other issues for attention.
