Enzo explained in the final sequence where he went after Bonnie marked him - Matt gave him info to find the shaman that did the life transfer spell from Rayna to Bonnie and he was off torturing/killing him for intel on how to possibly separate Bonnie from the huntress curse, by breaking into the Armory to try to sever

Re: that flashback, psych ward girl's great-grandwhatever…is probably Enzo's dad/uncle or something, though, right??? If they weren't just lying about his connection to the Armory all this time, that is. The flashback took place when lil Enzo would have already been whooping it up in the workhouse for a few years,

Bonnie is always jerked around like that, though. :( Why does "good emotional stuff" have to always translate to "forever alone" for her?

Yes! This is my biggest issue right now, next on my list. She is bold in attitude, at times, but she's really been letting the guys take the lead on action, as much as they've been working to be her savior. She plays a part as some of the brains and sweet as the boys are, the verdict is in: it's not exactly working.

Did the writers forget it? I feel like Damon & Enzo did kind of bury the hatchet and legit move on from that, but it doesn't mean the experience ceases to exist. Damon and Enzo didn't leave off on a high note of friendship when Damon dessicated, but Enzo brought up the betrayal only because he was relating it to

It's somewhat difficult for me to criticize this episode because I was def waiting for those Bonnie & Enzo flashbacks*. They did not disappoint, and I was so excited about that I kind of forgot to pay attention to all of the bilge that came across the screen otherwise (or even a lot of the nonsense of their

Yes, these two are solely responsible for anything tolerable about the show at the moment. And they better not try to shove them down that usual shame spiral of TVD relationships. Ugh. Not that I'm optimistic about their chances to be spared.

All of this.
