I use my kitchenaid for cookies, cakes, croissants, danishes, pretzels, pizza dough, cinnamon rolls, bread, and shredding chicken. I have the ice cream maker attachment, which I highly recommend. It’s my most prized possession.

Alton Brown has a recipe for overnight cinnamon rolls which is almost foolproof. If you can make pizza dough, you can make cinnamon rolls.

Making some soft pretzels for my coworkers. They’re really easy and people go NUTS over them. I have seen people get up from their seats and literally run to the breakroom when they hear that I brought pretzels.

Coworkers, family, and friends constantly call me Martha Stewart just because I cook and bake. They don’t mean it as a compliment, either. I take it as a compliment though because I love Martha.
