A friend of mine who works in prison reform describes exactly the same dynamic in prisons: resources, libraries, classes, etc. — the vast, vast majority of funds go to male prisons whereas the women are left totally dry. I do not understand one iota how this is acceptable nor how we countenance…

If there are undocumented immigrants committing crimes, then why not just focus on the ones committing crimes? Seems like a pretty simple (and cheaper) solution to me.
