This is really nice to hear and normalizing. Thank you.

Drinking tonight b/c students.
Well, I just had a bad day teaching, but I think this teacher’s day was worse.
I’m just here to say that I’ve become addicted to Sudoku, the bastard game, and have wasted hours on it this week. Has anyone else discovered something new that they waste hours on, too?
I believe the q is best asked, “Who did Hugh Grant do, how many, and for how long?”
Considering I just went to one of the new format that opened up near my home, it sucks wads compared to a regular Whole Foods. I was wholly unimpressed. I thought of it as an upscale QFC. I mean they had the chicken thighs - by the way, whatever happened to thighlights - with bones and skin, praise be to all that is…
No.
I do agree with you. I have made Caesar salad w/ the anchovies and it is delish. I could do that right now if I had some romaine. If I had a Roman, I could do other things.
I don't care about your goddamn rankings. Your title made me hungry, and I THOUGHT I would be content with whisky tonight. Just whisky for dinner, but, NOW, I want PIZZA. Bastard.
This is the funniest, most light-hearted piece I've read from Jez staffers in a while. #8 has to be my favorite. A simple, "No." I'm still laughing and giggling. Shouldn't it be, "No," to most Rolling Stone songs for such high ambitions?
I prefer to embrace my unhappiness and get to know it intimately. Sometimes I even like to celebrate it.
Will The Text Be In Official Jaden Speak.
And it, too, shall pass. Maybe it means that the dark years will be lighter and more joyous for you both.
Totes a great weather treat. Plus, we had super warm weather through October, which is VERY unusual. It's thrown my PNW weather barometer off. Enjoy though. Can you get out into the woods or mountains? There's some great scenery this time of the year up here.
Being a long-time PNWer, cold does usually take a good deal longer to sink in. I would say January. One to two weeks of snow in January. November is supposed to be upper 30s-lower 50s and rainy and miserable, but this weather we're having is completely unfounded. Cold. Dry. Terribly sunny. Thanksgiving is supposed to…
Been there and done that with the furnace one winter...when it snowed. I was in permanent Mr. Burns from trying to gather as much heat as I could from the fireplace. Our house had been broken into shortly before that, too. Then something else happened after the furnace...the water heater.
Is that where we reminisce about Pretty in Pink, The Breakfast Club, grunge, etc.?
Too true, there have been worse. I just meant they made an effort to pick out the clean clothes and not the ones found on the floor next to the bed like I do every morning. I just need an opportunity to wear the nice clothes I have hanging in my "closet" - cheap wardrobe from IKEA.
