The title makes it seem like the DS is behind the PSP in some way, when really it has a lead it will not lose. The question really is, can the iPhone take on the DS? And Can the PSP take on the DS?

Also about a new DS: Larger screens (widescreen) or I don't give a shit. A camera and a music player just means it's catching up to the PSP in terms of functionality, but I doubt it'll have the PSP's type of media support.
