i had a friend who left his original launch PS3 (60GB with media card slots) on all day in a non ventilated area. he would leave GTA4 on pause. i warned him all the time that it would kill it, but he didn't listen. wouldn't you know it one day it died.

he did get fired. and although he did punch the owner of the boat in the face, the owner basically called him a liar and accused him of stealing gold form him, also the owner wanted to fight with him and i do believe he got a few shots in too.

wrong. the 3ds does internet browsing (terrible opera browser), it's got netflix, has a messaging service and other social services, plays music, has a pedometer with a rewards system, and does REAL gaming

yes. they updated it recently to work with the consumer preview. i did use it the older win7 only versiona and it did as exactly as you said, but with the update this issue never occured
