Having played a little bit of it, the game it reminds me the most of is Langrisser. Enjoyed what I’ve played so far, but haven’t had time to do more than scratch the surface.

Also worth noting - there’s a great demo for the game available that includes the first portions of three of the chapters (Imperial China, Edo Japan, Future), each of which seems to be about 30-45 min worth of the respective stories. I’ve only done two of them so far, but Imperial China was some of the most thoughtful…

I was actually ok with the font as it was, but when I played the FF5 remaster, I plugged in the Cornelia Sans font mod out of curiosity and that just looks way better. Would be nice for S-E to listen to some feedback on this topic.

That sucks about the Little Big Planet games. I have some really fond memories of 2. But Skate 2 elicits a shoulder shrug. The best skate sim game is and always will be Thrasher Skate and Destroy
