There is no right for federal preemption in the law. There is a right to request a waiver. Waiver was granted by EPA, waiver can be taken away by EPA. This is not hard. You can disagree with Trump doing it, you can’t disagree with their right to do it, unless you also admit that the federal government has no

I had a reply typed but it seems like it went into the ether and didn’t come out on the other end.

Of course, California is 100% on board with federal supremacy when it is for more progressive causes...

That ad had a lot of desire for the Streetka.

I felt like Brother Maynard was reading Armaments, chapter two, verses nine to twenty-one. Only it wasn’t as funny...skip a bit, Brother.

I witnessed a guy today in stop and go traffic with his left hand holding a cell phone to his head and his right hand across his body holding a cigarette out the window.  The thing that struck me the most was just how uncomfortable it looked.  If you're gonna have all your hands and feet off the control devices of

What air bag?

I am going to say something then contradict myself.

There are ‘one million things to worry about’ when flying? It is one of the safest things you can do short of sitting in a recliner at home. Especially on a big plane, especially especially on a commercial carrier, especially especially especially on a domestic commercial carrier.

Yet California thought the only thing keeping Hydrogen cars from being the next big thing was infrastructure, so they built a bunch of stations (I need to check but I don’t think they even got to their proposed number).  Those costs per mile numbers are hilariously sad.  lol

Uncut huh? Won’t they feel weird when they see a circumcised bill in a locker room wallet?

Not a criticism, or at least not a new triology vs. prequel trilogy vs original trilogy criticism. I’m well aware that Star Wars has always been about toys, my favorite example is the false beard for Crix Madine in RotJ because the toy was already made. Also aware that the Outrider was already a toy.

It is probably a new hero ship because toys, but it did briefly remind me of Dash Rendar’s Outrider, which at least according to Wookieepedia was (re)introduced in a reference book to the ‘new canon’ last year. Although I’m pretty sure Shadows of the Empire as a whole is still outside the Disney canon.

Don’t worry about the apostrophe catastrophe, you’re commenting on an article where the staff couldn’t be assed to proofread a 6 word headline.

It uses a quart of oil every 500 miles? What the actual everliving fuck! I am currently averaging 20k mi/yr, so I need 40 quarts (10 gallons!) of oil to get through a year? At that rate though I guess you don’t need oil changes, just swap the oil filter every once in a while and continue to dump in a quart a week.

There is no 'fast' lane.

Nah, under 18 is ‘my dad bought me...’ territory. First car, graduation present, etc. 19 is ‘got my first real job making over 30k/yr but don’t yet understand how expensive life is, so sure I’ll buy a new $30k+ car’

I always wanted a ride on a Trimotor...

SsangYong

Bronco II was discontinued, so they'll reintroduce this as New Bronco instead.
