He doesn't say anything about his platform it policies. What is he even running on?

How is keeping this film off an entertainment streaming platform denying history? How does it preserve this history in a way that archives and museums dedicated to teaching the history of racism do not?

She’ll be gone after Iowa.

I would do all of those things in the next two years if my husband didn't have 60k in debt.

Confirmation he is all of my bad boyfriends. You can't trust a man who listens to Phish.

Why should we actively preserve racist works and make them available on an entertainment streaming service primarily for kids?

Yes, not releasing a (readily available on the internet) children’s film that is pro-racist is the same as denying the Holocaust.

I’m holding out the idea that she might pop up and see him at the Cinnabon.

Why should we preserve racism in movies for children? In what way does it promote positive discussion? People put a lot of focus on stopping censorship of racist images without recognizing that promoting these materials over works created by POC is also a form of censorship. I wish people put as much energy into

You’re right. Plot holes are way worse than racist caricatures.

We have a history.

Or we could just increase access and visibility to stories by black authors, instead of republishing a happy slave narrative that offers no valuable lessons.

I swear I used to see it on Disney channel. Somehow I’ve seen it, maybe I somehow had a VHS recording of it.

It’s racist and bad.

Kentucky Dems are struggling to find candidates worth voting for, they may as well be Republicans. It’s kept many of my left-leaning friends home on election day. Not that the other side seems any more motivated to vote. There are just enough old folks showing up to the polls to continue electing McConnell.

I’ve put off reading much about him while the hype train has been rolling through the media, but his townhall was bad. He’s bragging about his lack of clear policy and saying we should just get to know his “values”. I have no idea what a candidate’s actual values are until I see the work they’re going to prioritize

His watch ended after he died, but there's also no more wall to defend.

Nothing unpredictable is happening in this show.

Weiss and Benioff handle foreshadowing with the subtlety of a bulldozer.

I definitely think the Mad King’s madness has to do with the Night King and the raven’s fuckery. Maybe not Bran, but the elder raven.
