I’m so confused by this comments section. Normally the comments on Splinter articles are full of people screaming support for Bernie Sanders, but now it’s full of people defending Jeff Bezos and attacking the working class struggling on minimum wage? Who are you people?

We should always be agitating for better wages and labor practices.

Medicare-for-all, building more affordable housing, student loan forgiveness. We need to give citizens the kind of bailouts that we gave to businesses who caused the recession through fraud and greed.

Sitting on your ass taking 8 hours of verbal abuse. Who wants that?

Why exactly do people not deserve a living wage?

The poverty level is not a reflection of reality, it’s just a standard for providing government benefits.

What is your life like that you’re worrying about Jeff fuckin’ Bezos?

She has become progressively smarter over the course of the series. It’s like the whole point of her character, she learns.

Again I ask, any positive relationships between two women where one isn’t subservient to the other?

See, I think a lot of globalization is good and inevitable, especially after moving overseas for a few years.

I too am mad about the divide between wealthy and poor, but people who try to isolate it to this issue and ignore identity politics are just telling women and POC to shut up about their issues while we focus on working class white (mostly male) people.

Nah, like everything else it is intersectional.

I guess he can just burn everyone to death if they disagree with him.

As someone with chronic anxiety I’m already on this roller coaster sober!

Nope, Brienne and Yara are just constantly dealing with the threat of rape or sexual violence. The only way they know to make Cersei sympathetic is to have her go on about how much she loves her babies — she’s a far more interesting and complex character than her connection to motherhood.

She’s on a revenge tour with the Brotherhood without Banners.

They didn’t like that he considered the big picture and helped people they didn’t like.

She’s terrible. She only knows how to conquer, has no idea how to actually lead. She did an experiment with leading in Mereen, it didn’t work, so she just started burning everyone again. Jon has always been a reluctant leader, but a leader who puts people first.

Is anyone actually team dragon over team direwolf? The dragons are kind of dumb and they eat children and farm animals. The wolves can actually feed themselves without ruining anyone’s life, also they are cute.

I’m praying to see the Reeds get more screen time before it’s all over.
