Yes! I was surprised by what a side character he ends up being when I rewatched it. The girl he’s chasing basically ignores him and his boombox while she deals with other problems.

I rewatched this a few months ago and was amazed that it held up for me, I really loved it. Whereas, when I tried rewatching Almost Famous, which was my FAVORITE film in high school, I couldn’t get through the first third of the film.
