Those places are called hospitals and they cannot deny patients. The EMW clinic is not even a mile from multiple hospitals. And they did have the further unnecessary agreement that only abortion clinics are forced to have with UofL hospital, but the governor strong armed that hospital into dropping it.

It’s called 911. The hospital agreements the EMW is forced to have is not something similar clinics not offering abortions have to have. Additionally, the governor blackmailed hospitals to deny this agreement to the EMW clinic to make it impossible for them to comply.

That is not what is happening with the EMW clinic. The regulations the governor is trying to enforce have nothing to do with making the clinic safer for patients.
