Depends, it’s fairly normal where I live (South East England). I think it depends how closely your country is related to America/ how Americanised your country is.
To be honest, I’d actually say the opposite. Provided you’re going to a Large European or other well developed country you’ll be able to get shoes at local stores.

It is but GM own the backend not Opel so it should be safe if enough people buy it.

They almost certainly has a manual to give you, Vauxhall have a 6 speed manual or 6 speed auto but the majority of our drivers know how to drive a manual so we have them for more cars.
I know this was a joke but in case people care it was designed by Opel and in Europe Pedestrian safety is more important than Stateside. We don’t have any jaywalking laws and pedestrians get right of way automatically.
