Why would they sue? The store donates everything that can be, the rest is composted. Food bank picks it up and they again go through and sort stuff, rejecting some of the donations. And to blow some minds the food bank even gets unwrapped cupcakes from several bakeries.

If you aren't buying much then no. But if you are buying a cart full of groceries and just standing there and staring at the cashier while they bag, what a waste of time. I live in Seattle and work in a grocery store so I have a different view than many. Shout out to PCC for teaching so many people to bag their own.
