I can fully believe that there is a group of mentally ill people who believe that they are a murderous satanic cult in Alaska. I doubt her story is real but, then again, Robert Hansen got away with murder for 12 years (in Alaska) and no one noticed for a really long time.

I had an adolescent fascination with them also. There used to be a weekly columnist in the Toronto Sun named Max Haines who would recount the exploits of some famous, or infamous, murderer. I read him religiously.

Cropping the ears of some breeds is an easy way to prevent a lifetime of ear infections, pain, and early deafness. Human controlled breeding caused the problem, and some scissors can solve it really quick.
