I'm a Marvel geek from way back and I admit I've set an extreeemely high bar for my comic book movies (I *hated* Spider Man 2, didn't bother with 3. Don't get me started on the X-Men films.) and I do think there were *some* redeeming qualities to the Daredevil movie, just not enough to save it.

Affleck wasn't bad as Daredevil - he was in a movie with a director and writer(s) who weren't up to snuff. I like this choice. His age, look, and build are right for the part.
