Yeah, it mainly exists because a bunch of the owners knew they’d be aging into retirement with the company and wanted a pension and profit share, and the only way they could legally do it was by offering it to the whole company.  So, it could be subject to change once Greedy Young Blood replaces Greedy Old Blood.

Exactly.  No one’s long-term garden looks good when it’s first planted - nothing’s mature, and it always looks so underwhelming.
