No love for 2000's seminal “Bring It On”?

Kirsten was also in the critically acclaimed tv show Fargo last year, for its second season. I would say she is doing pretty well for herself!

Kirsten has discussed about how hard it is to find quality roles now that she is “older” in Hollywood (she’s only 34 or 35). I suspect having a juicy role in a critically acclaimed film with people she truly cares about really hit her hard because she doesn’t get offered a lot of the meaty roles like Stone, Kidman,

Cuz she is killing it in that dress.

Yes! I believe she won the best actress prize at Cannes but she was never nominated for the Oscar (I was furious). She also lost the Golden Globe and Emmy for Fargo, and she absolutely gave the best performance out of that year’s nominees (male and female).

Hear, hear. I’m a Virgin Suicides fan, it was just so unlike anything I’d ever seen, the first time I watched it. Sofia + Kiki 4 EVER

I have seen it in a while, and I remember so little about it other than the fact that I quite liked the film and Kirsten Dunst who always puts in a good performance (she’s rather underappreciated, imo).

Hahaha this is gold. I can’t believe (I totally can) that lazy bastard took a golf cart while the other six walked.

Remember when Donald was going to make us respected by the whole world? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

C’est un homme who doesn’t have le temps for your merde, Donald.

I can see it now, Merkel will go up to Trump and extend her hand to grab him by the balls, ‘cause when you are famous, you can do that’

With tremendous love and respect for each other... Our priority will continue to be raising our children as devoted parents and the closest of friends.

But then why not tell the truth in the first place? I mean, if he said “this is based on a porcelain work by a well-known artist” I don’t think people would have a problem; making it sound like he found it buried in the wreckage of an abandoned factory gives himself too much credit.

To clarify. No artist or artist’s estate who has had right to their art PURCHASED is cool with someone completely obfuscating that fact and erasing the identity of the original artist !!!

If he went to the trouble of *purchasing* rights Koons most certainly knew it wasn’t a random porcelain figure “found at a Russian factory at the turn of the 20th century,” the way he originally claimed. SERIOUSLY, people.

Strictly speaking, it is shady to create a deceptive creation myth that tries to contextualize the original work as a piece of kitsch by an anonymous artist when you know full well that it’s something else.

Right. The “artist [who is] aware” is Koons, not Oksana Zhnikrup. Oksana is not alive and so cannot be cool with it or otherwise.

I’m sorry... what? the “artist is cool with it”?? Did you even read the article?
