Don’t feel sorry for millennials. The article said they are afraid of being perceived as lazy if they take a lunch break. No one is telling them they can’t take a lunch break, it’s just some weird, fucked up idea they put into their own heads that they can’t take one. 

But what’s so bold about it? In my state, by law you get a meal break after six hours of work. It’s bold to take the break you’re entitled to by law? 

Who says they can’t take a lunch break. They just opt not too for how they think it makes them look. Who gives millennials these ideas anyway?

I’d rather work through lunch and claim that ‘little bit of time for myself’ by cutting out early.

No, you don’t talk from experience or anything. If you’re the oldest a Gen Z can be, then you’re 23 years old tops. You haven’t worked — or even lived —long enough to have experience to speak from. I already had more than a decade of work experience under my belt before you were born.
