He clearly has some degree of aspergers or something, but not severe enough, I think, for him to turn out a monster if he had had a normal childhood and no powers.

Watching the video, I couldn't really decide if Kevin being constantly tortured by his own parents until he developed the power was more or less terrible than a kid born with that power to normal, run-of-the-mill parents and no way to put it in context.
