There was no police brutality there; the officer (regardless of whether the ticket was justified; that's a separate issue) gave the driver a lawful order to stop at least twice, and the driver disobeyed that order. That alone is cause for arrest. Driving over his foot just added assaulting an officer to the mix.

I agree that the cop could have been more chill in his initial reaction, but I think he was justified. What kind of an idiot just tries to leave in the middle of a ticket being written? Without even finding out what the ticket is for, and then resists a lawful order to stop???

Amen. Most irritating part of new cars.

I have no idea what that is a reference to, but that was hilarious.

Haha, I feel the same way. I did have fun, though google image searching to see if I was right was a bad idea. I feel retarded now, haha.

It depends on if there's a reasonable belief that you have the capability/means, and stuff like that.

Dallas was abominable. Houston isn't far behind, though.

[redacted] Wrong Lithgow. Haha.

#COTD. That shit is hilarious.

Haha, that's amazing. I haven't seen that before.

That would make for an entertaining court case.

Nice.

Sweet Jesus.

Crackle is a service offered by Sony. I have it on my iPhone; I don't know where else it's available. It's free, and the content changes fairly regularly. The selection is fairly limited, but it's not like I'm paying for it.

@Black-Eyed Angel: This. Let's see some proof.

@HundredYardHero: Haha, nice. I'm jealous.

@JBH: Hmm, okay. Thanks for the tip.
