Everyone grieves differently. Learning to live with a tragic loss can be difficult to comprehend for those who haven’t had to.

I think sometimes we mourn not only the lost child, but the life we would/could have had as well. The loss of that potential can be as difficult as the factual one.  Everyone suffers differently and I wish I had an answer for you, but I do hope your pain lessens and that you are someday able to be happy again.
