If you think F1 is no longer a sport because of questionable officiating decisions, I'm afraid you don't watch many sports.

Hell yeah! Did I take my wife on our first real date in my 2-yo Altima? Fuck no, we went to the county fair in my rusty ‘85 Caprice.
The vast majority of people on this site have never driven on a track, and they’ll never get around to it. At the traction limit in a corner you want predictable throttle, power doesn’t matter. If you don’t have telepathic throttle response, that’s one less input you can rely on to balance the car. Racing drivers put…
My friend put a turbo on his BRZ.
Nascar has never been a huge fan of Live Streaming.
I have been fortunate to have eaten at many 1, 2, and 3 starred restaurants and while I really enjoyed most of them, the standout has to be Minetta Tavern in the West Village with its charred bone marrow and black label burger coming in at only 1 star (I am not sure if the restaurant still has a star but it did when I…
The big difference for me between 1s & 2s has always been experience. Its hard to put a finger on exactly how to word it, but 2s seem much more inviting and involved. My most recent 2 star certainly wasnt fancy, Momofuku Ko. The defining factor of 3s for me is prestige, the food is always better, and most of the time…
As food is my major reason for travel, I’ve been to about 25-30 Michelin starred restaurants for work or pleasure.
In related news, the McRib is back.
If designing the Cybertruck doesn't get you tried for crimes against humanity, I don't think you have to worry about a bit of stock manipulation.
I’m still confused how this car is not exactly what an Integra always was.
Contrary I don’t have a problem with the Integra as it is basically the same concept it was before. We will get an S or R version in the future. The Supra I’m a little saltier on because all the important bits are BMW and not actually Toyota. If the Supra was was it is built in house at Toyota it would be what it is…
I think a lot of that je ne sais quois is from ancillary memories we associate with the car; winning with it in Gran Turismo, childhood afternoons watching it on Best Motoring, things like that. The new Integra may never spark those same memories for us, but that’s not really its fault -- we’ve just grown up and we…
Radwood is at Honda’s headquarters in Torrance next Saturday. I might try to get my daughter to come out and look at some old cars. She fits just fine in the back of my FR-S btw. But you’re going to be stuck in backwards car seat land for quite a while still which won’t work in an 86 I imagine. Even a full size front…
I think this hits the nail on the head, but I think Acura screwed up by not releasing a Type S/Type R first and foremost and quietly introduce the base car for those who go in looking for a Type S/R and walk out with the base car.
My theoretical $30,000 is being used to buy a car not shares in American Honda, so the market prospects don’t really matter to me. As someone who thoroughly enjoyed his base model ‘94 Integra coupe, a porky FWD sedan isn’t doing much for me. But you’re right I’m much more likely to get an 86 anyway.
The LS was a pretty sexy beast esp w/ the GS-R head swap since it brought up the compression the most out of the other options.
Exactly. I wonder how many people freaking out are even old enough to grow up with the Integra back in the 80's and 90's. For the most part, it was a pretty bland economy car. I think the only Integra these kids know are from F&F lore (ie, the Type R).
Damn that was good. Should be up in the original article. My only digression is that 2 door coupe versions are so much better looking than sedans. I could forgive a lot stylistically--just give us more coupes! (yes, i bought the last Si coupe)
Thank you. I think some people try way too hard to find a reason to be upset. Bunch of keyboard warriors with opinions forged by nothing other than a picture and a few high level specs. It’s been what, 20 years since the Integra existed? Do people expect nothing to change with regards to technology, market conditions…
