LITERALLY the only thing more tiresome than people who think of NYC as the be-all end-all is the people who show up to say “oh yeah? well, I have SPACE”

That’s neat.
everyone knows fancy kristen doesnt stay in NYC in august.
It’s official, Toyota is a less-boring-than-average car company: the 86, MKV Supra, LC500, IS/RC, this less-beige Camry. And since all major car makers are boring now, my hat is off.
I can’t believe I never noticed that.
Buying an AZ-1 would be prohibitively expensive. Not that the car itself would be a particularly large investment, but I couldn’t buy one without also buying a Beat and a Cappuccino. I’d need the whole set.
Rumor has it that he is just going up to every well dressed Chinese person in the street asking if they want to buy his company.
They’re communications equipment. Driving around scanning the countryside and heavens for potential buyers for FCA
Ah I did not know that, thanks.
I thought we’d made it pretty clear we don’t want no furriners crossing our borders.
Your views on children are... misguided. You just have to redefine what children mean to you. I’m shooting for three: Hunter, my future puppy; Jordan, my future Miata RF; and Kristen, my future MGB (named in honor of FancyKristen, because she’s going to take all the money to keep happy). Human children........ are…
If it’s beautiful because it looks like it off-roads, but doesn’t, then it’s not beautiful it’s just a douchmobile. And, it should be pointed out, is the root cause for America’s obsession with crossovers. So yeah, you can all blame David Tracy for the X6.
2 lanes wide, 16 tonnes of American pride, Canyonero-oooo, Canyonero!
You made me look up Tuhao. Interesting.
In Southern California, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a mall that isn’t disgustingly crowded.
This is the reason good race tracks only exist in the middle of bumfuck nowhere in SoCal. Buttonwillow is a Hell Hole, Willow Springs is an armpit, Chuckwalla is in a city called DESERT CENTER... All great race tracks, but terribly punishing on cars and drivers in the summer months. It was 105 and 80% humidity 2 weeks…
Sorry, for that kind of money I am not buying some ‘roided out SUV that Guy Fieri probably already owns in yellow.
True enough. In terms of your Land Cruiser analogy, I think EVs might currently be getting more scrutiny because there isn’t that much variety of choice yet, and the idea of ‘running out of power’ is a lot less familiar a problem than ‘getting stuck because of road hazards/conditions’.
