This just in! Feeds expected to stop updating again in three weeks! System to not allow users to log in for three hours next week! Forums still not working after getting raked by spam-bots!

@sartzava: Much the same. I don't like how Reader gives you the latest feeds first by default, but that's easily fixed.

I study nuclear science, I love my classes

@mikedrawcar: Just tuned in. Obviously I missed it ><

@elwood: Agreed. The rest of the car isn't bad, but I'm just not feeling those rims.

Is it just me or does the texturing on the hood and body look really, horribly, absolutely faked? I'm still not completely convinced that those aren't just more CG renderings.

...it really looks more like an Aston than a Lambo to me.

I hate to say this, but I rather like the elevated section of I-81 through Syracuse. It can get a little wild if you've never been on it before, but it makes for a quick trip if you're trying to pass through or get to the north side from the south. On the other hand, 481 takes AGES to get you to the same point north

So why bother with NBA 2k10? After all, the only excuse for the yearly iterations was to update the rosters. Now they've made a game that does it without a yearly polish. Or will the roster updates suddenly stop coming out in 12 months, forcing you to upgrade or suffer with outdated player statistics?!

Definitely a Beta release. For an on demand crash, bring up the ProjectM_Win32 visualizer and try to bring up the configuration window.

I still don't get the aversion to K-cars. Give me a nice mid-90s Spirit with a V6 and I'll be happy. Looks like a crap car, doesn't have any frills or electrical toys to short out, more power than you'd think under the hood. And cheap to insure, too.

Here's the difference. I was grandfathered into Steam via a Half-Life version I bought back around 2000. Eight years later, I can still play Half-Life and the engine has even been upgraded so that it works on current-gen hardware and operating systems. Valve didn't turn off the authentication servers in 2005 saying

Probably the Prius or the Insight. Lower price, more mature offering, and they're not playing the "it's not an engine" game to pass it off as a fully electric car. Does it take gasoline to make it achieve usable distance figures? Congratulations, it's not fully electric.

And sadly, this is the "accepted" strategy for engaging anything in end-game. Throw Kraken Eaters at it.

I've been partial to [myvoipspeed.visualware.com] Once you read through the FAQ to learn how to evaluate the results, it's fairly comprehensive. It starts with a jitter and packet loss test and then follows it up with a more comprehensive download/upload test. While the results are obviously meant to determine

Tab task manager. Once in a while a tab will get out of control in Opera and it becomes a bear to deal with it. I am of course assuming that it operates much like the Windows Task Manager and can still be brought up in most circumstances. If the hole browser goes to pot when the tab does, then scratch that off the

Your advice in rule #1 set off warning bells for me. I'm not sure about nationally, but I know that in New York State, driving 15+ MPH under the speed limit is obstructing traffic and a ticketable offense. And the local fellows are the sort that will use any excuse they can to put their John Hancock on a slip of

Have to admit that Chrysler got a lot of mileage out of the 318 design, though. Take a look at the 3.6 Magnum V6's cylinder displacement, or the bore and stroke. See if anything looks familiar.
