It’s odd because the evidence for “ness” comes from media published well after the NES’ lifetime. It’s a game on 3DS for goodness sake! The contemporary advertisement says N.E.S.

Yes but everything north of the Bronx is upstate New York ...
Won’t kids destroy the cardboard constructions pretty quickly? This seems like disposable video game hardware to me, and that makes me skeptical. Unless this is a product aimed at adults who can use the items carefully and as intended?
I think you are a bit too judgmental. You can do what you want, including judge and criticize, but realize that you don’t have to. Nobody has to do anything, and you don’t have to be this way either. You can let other people make choices you don’t like or agree with without needing to denigrate them. How is your…
YMMV. My 5yo saw it twice and loved it. It depends on the child and the parents.
I took my 8yo and 5yo. Twice. They both loved it, but they are also used to watching PG-13 superhero films. It works for them if it works for you.
It’s legitimate to point out the similarities, which are plenty ... but those dudes didn’t come up with them, they read them on iO9 or reddit or somewhere.
Man here! Telling everyone to see this. First saw it with the kids, but mom couldn’t come. Went back with all four of us 2nd time around.
I am most disturbed that this restaurant prints prices out to three decimals points on their receipts in case they ever need to charge fractions of a penny.
Thank you for saying this.
I think the “safe 99.9% of the time” argument is also misguided. For example, Nuclear weapons have not been used very much (only twice), haven’t killed many people (traditional weapons have killed many more) but we still treat them with a lot of fear and control. I guess you and I differ on the acceptable level of gun…
I can get behind those statements.
You are semantically avoiding my question.
I’m sure there are quieter ways to get your venison.
So let’s keep them expensive and hard to get. Who is HARMED by that?
High five!
“Guns are tools” made me laugh. I thought they were weapons. My mistake I guess!
Almost. Trust should be extended more to things that are needed and rather than things that are wanted. Also, trust with weapons of murder isn’t the same thing with trust with abstaining from fraud.
Does that sound like an objectionable position? Try the reverse, “I think we should have greater access to tools that are useful for murder.” Plus they aren’t banned right now, just regulated and hard to get. A ban implies impossible. I am comfortable with making them hard to get. If you have a legitimate need for…
