You are watching a show about vampires who use humans as play toys. Not only that the main Vampire character used to be a Nazis. This is a realistic (in the terms of Vampires) portrayal of a Nazis vampire who thinks all humans are beneath him.

Seriously get over it. These are vampires, shitty creatures who have no morales, and like to use Humans as play toys. They don’t give a crap how they hurt, or torture their vitctims. THe main guy being from the Nazis war, has no problem raping anyone.
