Not a misdiagnosis, but doing the manifold gaskets on an L36 (GM 3.8L), I got completely stuck during disassembly (I’d done intake manifolds on the same model of engine before). What was wrong? My family has been driving GM since my first memories involving cars, and my own GMs have been pretty good, but I can’t say I’m looking too hard at the GM lots these days for a replacement.

The absolute most basic, no-frills (even for a 7) model in Canada is $50k. I’d buy one if I had that sort of money to blow on a toy, but instead I’m on a sport bike.

It reads as the company having safety infractions, but gives no indication of fleet size. 20 infractions on 5 trucks is much different than 20 infractions in a fleet of 500 trucks.
