If only I were a Weekend Update host after a Steve Harvey scandal I could finally refer to him as, "Moustache that's gained sentience, Steve Harvey".

Are you saying it wasn't fun?!

As much as I complain about Netflix and Hulu I do not miss those days at all! There was no way teenage me was going to spend over $100 on Buffy DVD's so I watched the whole show on weird streaming sites I found, and it was always a treat finding a link that worked and loaded. Not to mention the quality varied from

If it has "fun" in the title it HAS to be good, right?

That was actually the last episode I saw! I'm watching them on Hulu and they changed the theme song to some literal garbage. https://www.youtube.com/wat…

So… I am starting to like Dawson's Creek. Dawson is still absolutely awful and Joey is still annoying, but Pacey is great! I would totally watch a Pacey show, but instead I'm stuck watching The Creek and rolling my eyes whenever Dawson says something obnoxious.

I don't know that it's much of a step up graphically (never played it on ps2), but the convenience of being able to instantly buy and play it would be worth it for me. Plus no dealing with ebay sellers, scratched disks, shipping fees, etc.

There was actually an HD remaster not long ago, so I suggest trying that if you want to play it on console. You can pick it up on Ps3, 360, or Xbox One (backwards compatible!)

Agreed. Jade was a perfectly fine POV character and I appreciate that she's still one of the few female POC main characters in gaming, but her characterization wasn't essential to the secret sauce that made the game a classic. It's clear diversity is still a big priority for them, so I'm not worried.

If anyone's interested in the original, Michael Ancel was on Double Fine's Devs Play series. It's a great watch if you have a spare hour!

I have nothing snarky to say. I'm super excited, and will be counting down the days (or years) until I'm injecting it into my veins.

I really don't think anything special will be lost by making this one a prequel. The draw of the original were the setting, tone, and characters.

I got a notification about The Crew 2 for this?

The first game was pretty dark despite the rating. The swearing was certainly jarring, but I think they nailed the tone. This just seems like a slightly different take on the world.

Normally I’m not a huge fan of prequels, but I think it’ll work fine in this game. The whole draw is the world, and I’m confident there are plenty of stories you can tell there. I’m SO excited for this.

I’m not that worried. I have a feeling the gameplay will be substantially different despite taking place in the same world, so the comparisons won’t be as direct. The first game was essentially a Zelda clone (in a good way!), but I have a feeling this will be more action/adventure.

THIS DOESN'T MATTER

Yes, and he teared up when he got to announce it.

The Cr2w

Alright that justification makes sense, at least.
