I'll have to google it because I'm not getting by with my patented, "fly by the seat of your pants" fighting style.

I mentioned this in elsewhere, but Andromeda stands as my own personal "Star Wars prequels." Maybe that sounds overly dramatic, and I don't mean to insinuate that the game's failures are some personal slight (even as a huge ME fan, I realize I wasn't entitled to anything more than I was provided), but I feel like I'm…
It might not be that the PC controls are bad because of the porting job, you might actually be getting the authentic console experience. The act of moving my character around in the world shouldn't be an off-putting experience, and yet…
I still haven't killed a Lynel and I've beaten all 4 Divine Beasts. Those fuckers are no joke.
OOT and MM felt like there was more to find in their respective environments, but both were admittedly more condensed than TP. What I really miss are the environmental puzzles. "Oh no, the Goron is trapped in the ice! How will I get him down?!", etc. That's the main kind of quest I'm missing.
Yeah, I'm still a fan of the traditional formula, but I can play that game over a dozen times if I choose to.
One of these days I'll play Metroid Prine. Hell, maybe it'll be after Twilight Princess.
I was prepared to hate the Lakebed Temple, but I rather enjoyed it! Even though it has a similar hook to the Water Temple in OOT, it's much easier to tell where you're supposed to go without wandering in circles. I've actually found the game's difficulty be surprisingly low overall, but I don't know if I can attribute…
UPDATE: I am currently trying to transport a barrel of water to a dumb Goron, and I hate this game again.
I've been playing Twilight Princess again, and after 3 dungeons… I'm starting to see why people like it. When I heard it was slow, I assumed it would pick up after the very first dungeon, and while it did to an extent, it only really feels cohesive now that I can FINALLY change into wolf Link at my leisure (thereby…
That's honestly why I like him.
He broke more than that.
As someone who grew up with the real deal, can you remember your reaction to the prequels at all? Were you excited? Did you immediately know they were shit afterwards?
Now I'm imagining that the robot actually went other way, but Lucas was already mucking with his movies during the original theatrical run.
If you want me to get into my REALLY controversial Star Wars opinions I can, haha. The reason I like TFA better is because I prefer the characters. I really dislike Han Solo. A New Hope is my favorite of the original trilogy because Luke is more relatable.
:(
Every time I watch the original trilogy I go in thinking I'll finally "get it", and then I get bored. I am a broken person.
But there comes a point where characters are so stupid, you can no longer suspend disbelief. I don't think characters acted rationally once in the entire movie.
My dad took me to see the rerelease of The Empire Strikes Back, and I was thoroughly unimpressed. Then I borrowed my cousin's VHS's to try and "get it", but I didn't. Rinse and repeat every few years until now. Star Wars is fine, it's not for me.
