1. What was your experience with the original trilogy?
I played every game multiple times and was generally a big fan. Fem Shep/Paragon/Garrus, etc. I was quite excited for Andromeda.

Aw man, that quest is so good and there are so many ways to solve it. Easily one of my top 5 New Vegas experiences, and the best part is I can change my approach in future playthroughs.

Peebee is one of the most annoying characters I've ever experienced in any form of media.

Preface: you may remember from my previous posts that I did not enjoy Mass Effect: Andromeda very much. I finally finished the game this week and I have a lot of opinions, but instead of ragging on the game yet again, I thought I’d try something new. While my opinion of Andromeda has been resoundingly negative, I’ve

Neat, got a link? I've been looking for some long form criticism on the game. I feel like it'd be therapeutic at this point.

This is my sentiment as well (well, except for the part that I was SUPER excited and optimistic), but enough people are enjoying it that I'm doubting my opinions a bit. I know I disliked a great deal of it, but it's so fresh that it's hard to get perspective. At this point I'm not sure I know what good games or good

I will say, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The general consensus is that Clones is the worst one, right? I could barely pay attention to Phantom Menace, but there were some enjoyable scenes in Clones (mainly the first hour). I still fell asleep towards the end, but it was generally a better experience.

In a different universe where this game wasn't branded as Mass Effect, another version of myself bought Andromeda for $14.99, and returned it two days later.

I'm actually writing a survey to get the opinions of fellow Gameologicans (is that what we go by?) You might have noticed I was… not thrilled with certain aspects…. but at this point, I've been driven mad by planet hopping and wanting to murder Peebee. I feel like I've lost all perspective on Mass Effect, but that

I'll tell you what I'm NOT goddamn playing: Mass Effect! I finally beat it, YAY!

I watched Attack of the Clones for the first time in at least 10 years, and I have determined it's a better movie than The Phantom Menace. It's not a good movie, but the first hour is decently entertaining, and the characters have some kind of emotional depth even if the execution is lacking. For all the shit that

Yeah, it's weird how the commercials never have playback issues, but the actual shows do.

I like talking about TV with people here, otherwise, I wouldn't bother.

Which is doubly infuriating because the Comedy Central app gets them the next day.

I think it's entirely dependent on what shows you want to watch. I watched Baskets and a handful of Fargo, but that's all that really interested me. Also, the Comedy Central app ads new episodes before Hulu, which is infuriating.

ADS MAKE ME NAUSEOUS -EAM

Every time I see that Mass Effect ad I'm just reminded of how much I disliked the game. Salt in the wound, Hulu.

Hulu is the worst streaming service I'm forced to use. Seriously, I will cancel my sub as soon as The Handmaid's Tale is over because it's so bad. No other streaming services freezes as often as hulu, and they play the same fucking ads ad nauseam.

Yeah I can understand that. I liked it in a "grindy bullshit" way, but if you wanted a good story, it was pretty uneven. Mass Effect and XV actually share a lot of problems, but I think it was easier to overlook XV's bullshit because I wasn't a fan of the series previously. That said, I still haven't beaten it and I
