That's fair! I like that he has a relationship with his granddaughter, that's certainly something. I haven't done any loyalty missions so hopefully, he'll seem less one-dimensional once I progress.

I feel your pain.
It's also why rescuing the Moshae was one of the few memorable missions so far (I just got to the exile colony).
Point taken! I didn't use it much in the OT.
That's actually a DLC mission, and I played it for the first time a few months ago!
There was certainly humor in the original trilogy, but it was often from secondary characters or ambient dialogue - not the main cast. I can remember quite a few funny conversations I overheard on the Citadel, and so far I haven't had the same luck in Andromeda. The best part was that these conversations made the…
I wouldn't have minded the Angara joke if there was more world building overall. I like Jaal, but I don't find the Angara nearly as interesting as any species from the OT. Their whole thing is basically that they're fighting the Kett, which isn't enough for me, especially when they are one of two new races in the game.
I don't mind Drack because he's such a non-entity. I fail to see how he's any different than a generic Krogan NPC at this point. "Rawr rawr rawr, fleshy human. Fight fight fight." Meh.
After complaining about this game for two weeks, I'm finally at a point that I can tolerate it. I'm powering through the boring stuff so I can do the loyalty missions for characters I like (Vetra, Jaal, Cora), and to see if the characters I dislike are as bad as I initially thought (Ugh, Liam and Peebee). Overall the…
They added that after I commented.
Hot Topic execs rejoice
Yeah, if I get this, it’ll be for the Switch. Seems like the perfect game to chip away while I’m watching TV or something.
Next generation? Boy are we optimistic!
Everyone who works at Vice is your weird aunt who is still trying to work current slang into her vocabulary and failing.
I stopped paying attention when I realized the information wasn't presented in emojis.
1) Was Vice ever actually cool? They always struck me as assholes trying way too hard to be "edgy" and counter culture.
They basically look like female Togruta from Star Wars.
This is pretty much what Red Dead Redemption did too.
Oh right, Metroid. He's that dude in Smash Brothers, isn't he? And his girlfriend's name is Samus?
