I got an apology cake once after a friend got too drunk and threw up on our kitchen floor before passing out on the couch. She had “Sorry I puked on your floor” written on it. It was a sweet gesture and we laughed and laughed. I still gave her a squinty-eyed smile because that shit was not fun to clean up.

I just add Worcestershire sauce and lightly mix it in with the ground meat. An ice cube in the patty just sounds wrong.

Dating is the same for the most part. I mean, we have Grindr, but for dating dating it’s still all a mess.

My motto when I procrastinate is “it will get done.” I don’t know why or how, but just telling myself that gets me through the anxiety of finishing a task.  

I hate dating. I’m a young 30s gay dude and I’m back out there. I tried OKCupid and I got kicked off because I sent them a complaint about how I was spending around $40 a month and I haven’t made a single connection. I was drinking wine at the time I wrote the complaint so I was a little passionate.

We got free pizza once while we were stuck in Westchester. It was a flight from NY to LA and we sat in the plane for a couple of hours because of bad weather. The captain announced, “we can’t really do this, but here’s some pizza.” Best Dominos pizza I ever had.

That’s pretty much my case. I moved to the US when I was 4 in 1990. Fast forward to when my parents became naturalized citizens and because I was under 14 I became one too. I got my US passport, but Ive had a few cases where the government doesn’t have my status listed.

The Shining holds up too. That was my first SK book I read even knowing the plot. I read all 600 pages as a 7th grader and made a shoe box diorama of the redrum scene for my English class. I used real wallpaper and wrote redrum in red 3d paint.
