I think it is awesome that you realize you’re confused. When I’m confused, I find it helps to read about the thing that is confusing to me. For instance, I could go over to the google and put in words like “medical industry” “racism” (or if I’m squeamish, “inherent bias”) “inequity”, etc.

There are several reasons your teeth could be falling apart. Most likely, something is damaging your enamel, thereby weakening your teeth. The human bite force can be pretty hard, so even if you don’t eat hard foods, you might be chomping down too hard on your food or doing it because of stress.
