Loved the episode, but I wish they got the Italian right - for example, the glaring mistake on the "wanted" site (it should be translated to "ricercato", not "voluto"). I know most of the audience couldn't care less, but for an Italian viewer it's very distracting.

Pappardelle are a sort of large tagliatelle and lepre is hare - its meat is used to make a sort of ragù. It's a traditional recipe from the Center of Italy.
