I was told that TDIs returned in New England are being stored in Rhode Island. I don’t know the exact location, but the entire state is the size of a thimble (give or take) so it shouldn’t be too hard to find.

One thing I haven’t gotten an answer on is how (or if) vehicle condition will be taken into account. In other words, will they be deducting for small scratches? If so, I’d get them fixed prior to turning the car in. But obviously not going to bother until I know whether they’re factoring in, and how.
