The thing is, I don’t want to buy a too nice one at least not now because I don’t have a garage. I might not be able to store it properly in the winter. It is going to be my second car and I don’t have a huge budget for it. I do not really care if it isn’t fast or rusty. I would not get a Miata to show of.

Thanks for the reply. I live in Canada (French Canadian so it explain my bad English) so rust is definitively going to be an issue. Except here, most Miata don’t see any snow and have been kept in garage.

if you don’t mind ,what should I watch if I don’t want a repair bill greater than the cost of the car ? I plan on buying a low priced one and maybe drive it in the winter too as my second car.

The 1,6 is a stout little motor, planning on buying one this summer. Lot of WOT in perspective.

Newspaper Floor Mats are to trap humidity, change them regularly and you will never get a frosted windshield from the inside. But normally, I put them under the regular carpets.

Well the iM is the Corolla hatch ( also called Auris) the other market have. I know the Canadian market is not even remotely as big as the US market, but the iM is going to be a huge success here. I already see a lot of them here in Quebec. I think it might be successful enough to keep it on the long run.

I agree with you except for the iM, it think it is gonna stay in the long run. That car is going to be a hit here in Canada (just like the matrix before). Hatchback are becoming increasingly popular in the US ( not as much as CUV but still)
