$800/month for a furnished apartment (I was under the impression that it was an apartment in a house) that's pretty nice is probably shooting right on the target as far as the Iowa City real estate market is concerned. I live in a rural part of the state where you can rent a 3+ bdrm (unfurnished) for $600/month.

Everwood was an amazing show. I re-watched the bulk of the series about 2 years ago and it still feels as emotionally resonant.
I'd like an AVClub classic series on that show.
