If everybody who is only voting Liberal because they think the NDP won’t win, actually voted NDP, the NDP might actually win.

Except that his ‘truth and reconciliation’ with indigenous peoples has been mostly for show, meanwhile he’s plowing forth with pipelines through unceded territory, and there’s been little to no progress on investigated the missing and murdered indigenous women.

Good thing those aren’t the only alternatives. We’re not a two party-system. The NDP and Jagmeet Singh could actually have a good chance of winning if people stop trying to be ‘strategic’ or willing to settle for ‘better than Scheer’. If everybody that A) said they’d vote NDP if they thought they had a chance of…

A bit after Fast Times, but there was also Erica’s abortion on Degrassi High in 1989. It was interesting in that a) Erica was pretty okay with her decision; b) it was her twin, Heather, that actually had the harder time dealing with it; c) the fallout that ensued when a pro-life student started harassing her about it…

I think this is the only thing that could make me rush to watch a Look Who’s Talking reboot.
