You had me until you said she needed to “be smart enough to chose [sic] someone...” The whole point of the show was that Carrie (and all women) doesn’t need a man to succeed; and in her case, a man pulled her back.

Netflix has TONS actually. The OP is too lazy to look for other docs dealing with the injustices of the CJS.
Coincidentally, I read the NYT mag article on a plane yesterday. Whole time I read it, I thought two things: 1) Stubblefield is the worst kind of predator; and 2) how can these FC “practitioners” continue to argue their methods are anything but BS?
Isaac was all-around fucking weird and wonderful in Ex-Machina! And normally Benicio bugs, but I agree about Sicario.
What’s your stance on children abusing? Y’know, people like your son, people who kill animals as teenagers. Is that okay because it’s being perpetuated by a child?
Thank you, Mike, for saying what I always have: the Chargers will never again play a home game. Really, I just hope Kroenke and Spanos can't work anything out and the Chargers are STUCK here. That'll be great for our entertainment—the city and team constantly butting heads. I can't wait!
Carly & Sarah: you both know ALL mammograms are referrals. Shame on you for twisting facts to serve your backward purposes.
When she smiles, she radiates. I've never seen anything like it before. There's some serious beauty in her!
Jubilee was his second kiss! She makes it fairly far, which is good because I’m into hearing about her. Honestly, though, the drama with Lace and Jubilee next week looks AWESOME! Drama, drama, drama, gotta get me drama!
The first time I drove a car, I nervous-giggled endlessly, forcing my dad to say, “If you don’t stop laughing, this lesson is over.” If I ever met Obama (and Clinton, because I still love that man), I would be reduced to a pile of nervous-giggle goo. So I totally get Kendrick’s response.
Simply awesome! I wish we had more parents like you in the world. Gives me hope all isn't lost! :)
When I was in high school visiting colleges, I spent the night in one with coed floors and bathrooms in its dorms. In the morning, I went to the bathroom. When I walked out the the stall, a huge football player was exiting the one to my right. He sort of grunted at me and continued on. It was a surprise (dude was…
How dare you question the veracity of a woman’s VIOLENT RAPE. And since you claim to be a victim and a witness of NYPD crime, then you know fewer false rapes are reported than false reports of other crimes. You don’t sound like a former assault victim at all, but rather a troll seeking stars.
I thought I misread it, but then at 0:53, reporter is knocking on her door. Un-fucking-believable!
You weren't around in the Eighties, were you?
Plus, aren’t the players selected by division? The Eagles are NFC; Bengals AFC. Andrew Whitworth’s inclusion has no bearing on his exclusion. Right? (I’ll confess that I have no idea how Pro Bowl selection works since the game was revamped a couple years ago.)
Most athletes are given the same meal plans as students, meal plans that have a cap on the amount of food you can “buy”. Athletes require more calories than your typical student and often find themselves go hungry by the weekend.
What happens when you have a career-ending injury? Think the school cares? Nope. Instead, you lose your scholarship (no more school!) and are stuck with medical bills. If you don’t have insurance, because you’ll be dropped by the school’s, that’s a very expressive prospect.
Your racist argument is irrelevant.
I noticed during today’s game, they referred to the child abuse “charges” as if it was a false accusation. Simply shameful.
