I took it in the dinosaur age — way back in the 90s. I did get a long talking to about birth defects and nosebleeds (I ended up getting several severe ones). There would have had to have been a good chance of death for me to lose my shot at getting rid of that acne.

Accutane was the best. With proper supervision (pregnancy tests, etc.), it is a wonder drug. It cleared up my cystic acne in a month. I had been miserable and couldn't leave the house. It was that bad. I looked like I had been cursed by a wizard. It's a shame they took it off the market.
