I swear by Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean face wash for light acne on any of the parts. Trader Joe's makes an identical version for around $6.

Make sure your underboobs stay dry. Put some cornstarch* under them during the day, and after you shower make sure it's completely dry. Reducing sweat reduces bacteria which reduces acne.

If you have insurance I recommend going to the derm and having them remove them. I had a few frozen off around my collar bone, and bikini line. No pain, no scaring.

I am on my third Accutane trial. I did a couple months of high dose in highschool...acne came back a year later. Then did a couple more months of high dose in undergrad and the acne went away until I turned 26...but this time it was only on my face. I am now on low dose Accutane which is fantastic! None of the crazy

Hibiscrub, followed by a AHA or BHA lotion. Hibiscrub is what surgeons use to scrub up with before surgery and it kills yeast, fungus, germs - even MRSA. Actually, I discovered it when my husband contracted MRSA and we both bathed in it for two weeks. It really, really helped with my underboob area and also made my

I had this issue too and went to the dermatologist and the doc told me it was keratosis pilaris. She recommended Amlactin lotion, of which I was skeptical at first (put lotion on my assne?) but in a month it was completely cleared up! If you're not familiar with Amlactin, it's an alpha hydroxy and you can get it at

not on my ass but I might start!

I understand a nice loofah will help with those.

you need this! Amazon.com

That sounds like dry skin. Do you moisturize after showering? That might help.

Have you tried using exfoliating gloves? I use those in areas where I get lots of ingrown hairs. Dunno, just tossing it out there for you to consider.

This is my life saver when it comes to weird zits in weird places. 18$ and availble at ulta, sephora and nordstrom. Dip a q-tip all the way to the bottom with out shaking it and dab on. Dries those suckers up where ever they may be!

Hoo boy. Here goes:
