I have a chair to sell you. It has three legs, because I wanted to keep the aesthetic intact.
When you look at the number of hours played, cash spent or coverage in the media, you'd get a much different story. I'm not saying that there aren't great indie titles like Limbo or even AAA titles like XCOM, but TPS/FPS games have dominated this generation the way that platformers dominated the N64-era.
Why can't you? When I go out to dinner, I don't pretend that all restaurants are equal and go to the best one. Even if the best place in town is Mexican, I may go for Italian, simply because I've recent had Mexican food.
You seem to be arguing against a point I didn't make.
Platformers aren't overdone— yet. 92% of last-gen games were FPSes. People are sick of FPS but willing to give platformers a little more slack.

You say that only Sony/Microsoft fanboys would ignore the WiiU at $300, but people aren't buying the WiiU, so you are obviously mistaken.

Their TCG is not called WoW. It's called "Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft" and isn't even necessarily related to WoW— it just draws on the Warcraft mythos in general.
Zombies come and we got a power brick to break some skulls and a GPU that will melt their brains— literally.

Neither console is a PC. PS4 is closer, but still has different memory allocation.
It's appalling that the 2DS is a 3DS without 3D for most people.
no. WiiU still does a LOT of business with the Wii marketplace. In fact, it's a little sad how little the WiiU uses the WiiU one and how much it uses the Wii one still.
that design is awful. I'm sorry, I love Nintendo and have had every console they've made other than the WiiU and Virtual Boy, but that thing looks awful. Still a better value than the Ouya because of how many amazing games are on it (and how cheap those games are now), but it's an ugly console that demands attention.
I dont think you know much about game development if you think you can just slap a PS3 game onto a PS4/XB1 and expect it to work with higher resolution and settings. Maybe on PCs, but with vastly different architecture, you simply can't do that with consoles.
