I am looking forward to purchasing the set when I have time. I had the original set when it was released, and I’ve been eyeing purchasing a NIB one for nostalgic reasons, but this one looks great.

A funny quote would be “Oh look you just voided your warranty”...

Agreed... I mean come on, having the Konami Code on the back of the Google Stavia Controller is essentially promoting cheating... Therefore we should protest Google because they are promoting cheating.

I’m saying what we’re all thinking... D-o is Pixar’s lamp reversed with a Mars rover wheel...

I will say this is worth it. Not a huge fan of the refurb part; at least not with wireless routers since they often die out. However, the Orbi is a fantastic system that I’ve been using for about a year. Apparently my apartment is made out of solid lead, so a signal is often lost in the room next door and this gives

Good feedback, I think the games that associate with the gloves are the real limitation at the moment, if most controllers can’t calculate each finger independently, then developers haven’t really focused on that. With these new devices, more emphasis will be placed on independent finger movement.

The CaptoGlove is exactly what I was thinking; however, I heard rumors that it was a great idea, just poorly implemented.

I knew it was coming. As soon as I said glove I knew that was on the way lol.

They just need to make a VR glove system, just saying. It seems like the best way to capture the realism.

Interesting write-up. I’m definitely a train guy. Not quite Sheldon Cooper level, but still a train guy. I highly recommend taking the California Zephyr from Chicago to California, or the Empire Builder from Chicago to Washington. Both were excellent.

Curious, has Animal Crossing been officially announced? I know they said it’s coming, etc. but this statement made me feel like I might have missed the official trailer announcement, with date, “in time for both Christmas and the release of new games like Pokemon Sword & Shield and Animal Crossing”

Seems like the plot for the next Fast and Furious movie... all cars “seem to be destroyed in the fire”... yeah okay Vin D.... okay.

Neat picture, my fiance and I are going there this year for an a-ha concert.

I’m assuming this game is built off that one. I mean even the city layout is nearly an identical layout.

Throwing out one more general comment in here. I am beyond impressed with Call of Duty’s latest update. They go far and beyond a simple map pack like they used to. The updates to the Blackout Map (from Ghost Town, to just adding new buildings (the peninsula house by the dam)), to added guns, specialists, and game

I wonder if they will add other tiers throughout the event. They did last time with the auto pistol.

I’m honestly addicted to his show. It’s so Jack Black’y, which I’m okay with. Whether he’s playing vintage games, or just walking around an arcade, he’s still a funny dude. Over the top... but funny.

The save game portion made me chuckle (I’m heartless, I’m sorry); not because I don’t feel your pain, but because I had a similar occurrence once.

Excellent article, I think the main reasons why They Toys That Made Us hasn’t done video games are a combination of the following:
