I suppose...I try not to be one of those “Get a real job” people. Anything that pays is a job. I think it’s more my perceived irresponsibility associated with the lifestyle that’s rubbing me wrong.

I’m going to sound super dickish...but I don’t think the viewers are the problem here. It’s the Streamers themselves that allow this to happen...
That’s what I’ve been telling people to give them the right idea of For Honor.
It is a good idea, but we need to be careful so that what happened with SF5 doesn’t become the norm. Barebones games with promise of content later. Give me a game worth buying now, then add to it.
He has a 4 star Waifu. He wants a 5 star Waifu. That’s going to cost 20K Feathers to promote her to 5 Stars. You get 1,600(?) from maxing out your score in a single week of PVP. You *CAN* merge two of the same characters to reduce Feather costs, but you can only do that if they’re the same Star rating... So he still…
I have a friend who’s been wanting ..something. I don’t know. But he’s dropped nearly 200 on it. It’s so baaad.
I suppose. Souls series is the same way, co-op kind of trivializes most of it. That’s why me and a friend swear off summoning entirely until NG+. Though, I think it’s in bad taste to remove that option for players
Yeeaah. Fates was just dumb. The only games that make use of it would be a remake of 4, and a remake of 6+7. Or if they make a new game with a story that spans multiple generations.
That’s why I’m excited for the Gaiden remake. Back to basics with a focus on story rather than Waifu Wars.
I forget the whole details about my craziest one, it was 3.5. I most likely spent 5-6 hours reading through books.
I’ve done Jury duty SEVERAL times in Texas. That’s exactly how it works. You spend less time presenting evidence you know the Jury won’t read and spend more time making the other guy look bad. That’s how cases are won.
BestBuy is essentially sleeper Amazon. Similar 20% off deals, free shipping. If you want to try and snag Amiibo, or limited editions, try Best Buy instead of fighting Amazon traffic. Walmart and Toys R Us has a limited free shipping on things that aren’t large or heavy. Most major retailers are beginning to compete…
It seems that in bigger cities, a mom and pop’s style store CAN exist if you find the community for it. It’s worth a shot, really.
It sucks for those working there, yes, but it’s NOT going to get better. Finding another job is the best advice. The reason why your job is shit is because people aren’t coming in and buying GameStop. With Amazon and other big retailers putting more effort into games, Gamestop is a dying business. A policy like THIS…
Exactly this. GameStop used to be THE place to go, but now we have Amazon. BestBuy’s online store is pretty respectable, free release day shipping for pre orders. Also Amazon Prime offers 20% discount on a lot of pre orders... Robbing employee’s hours, trying to screw over consumers by refusing new copies, marking up…
“As always, our pricing for these games is competitive and is based on current market value driven by supply and demand. PowerUp Pro members always receive a 10% discount and earn PUR points on pre-owned purchases.”
Fuck using their website too. In the US it costs 10 dollars for Release Day Shipping. Every other online retailer does that for free.
I’d say youth definitely helps, not just because of superior reflexes, but because of skill. What can be considered as top tier skills and techniques today are going to be Basics 101 to the next generation. As the FGC grows and more people get involved, the skill cap will continue to rise.
The man closest to being my father in high school was in the army from the 90s into the late 00s. Rangers and later the SFG. He was pretty open about his stints in Afghanistan, it was his way of getting out the stress.
707 hp is nothing. He needs a 2K HP V16 that gets 2 miles a gallon. A real MAN’S car.
