It’s two different pictures, look at the difference in the reflection of the framed picture.

Are we sure she didn’t just take two pictures in the room? Because not only did the bar move but also the pictures on the wall moved compared to the original. We can see more of the pictures on the left and less on the right. That would explain the bar moving because she moved her position taking the second picture.
