Are your children 200 pounds each?

If this card really doesn’t sell my data to marketers, then that alone will get me to sign up for this card.

wait, wha ?  which actual problems Musk companies solve ?

I’m gonna go there. Typical rich person “I got mine, you can’t have any because its all mine!” two year old’s temper tantrum attitude. If one wishes to live in a civil society, one must contribute more than ones mere presence to it. Investing tax monies into Libraries plants the seeds of knowledge, growth and

It’s really not known if there’s a ‘core’ deep inside. There is a state ABOVE that transitions from the (probably) molten hydrogen (I’m not sure why you think it’s cold, it’s actually extremely hot, 10,000 K extending deeper to 36,000 K) which transitions to supercritical hydrogen, which isn’t even a distinct state of

And bagpipes are a weapon of psychological warfare banned in both heaven and hell.

Did the CEO of BMW in 1974 have a cult of personality that worshipped everything he said?

I’m not a lawyer, but my spouse is involved with our HOA, so I hear about this every other night at dinner. When you buy a house in a neighborhood/development governed by an HOA, you agree to abide by the covenants of that neighborhood/development. It’s a type of contract. How can you say that I have no basis? I own currently (paying a mortgage) and I would much rather have my old neighbor over the guy I currently have to deal with. Hands down.

I would much rather take a $10-20k hit on resale than have to pay $400 a month and have to deal with assholes.

Rented but regardless. My worst neighbor right now is the guy with a perfectly manicured lawn and hedges. The shit someone has in their driveway and yard has little to do with the quality of person inside the home. I’d much rather have a person with a good heart that may have some depression/anxiety/whatever issues

You also have the option of joining the HOA board as a homeowner. Most people are too lazy, they’d rather just complain about things.

I know someone who has US, Canada, UK and NZ citizenship, so it’s doable though I’m not sure it would hold up under scrutiny (or indictment). Usually as soon as there’s trouble you have to pick a side.

Louisville, god bless it, has improved 10 fold over the last 30 years. That said, it’s hot as hell and there ain’t shit to do there. It’s a weird place in my book. More interesting than Indianapolis or Cleveland, less interesting than Cincy or Pittsburgh (see how I avoided spelling cincinati... cinnsinatti...fuck).
