Not just Batgirl and Scoob! it sounds like.

Warner Brothers is a spider trying to climb the inside of a toilet-bowl while a hand slowly reaches for the handle.

despite its being near completion

Every movie director in Hollywood over the last 24 hours:

True, but the point is that every other film on that list, going back 95 years, was canceled just days or weeks into production. Batgirl was way way beyond that point.

The problem with Snyder’s Superman is that he want’s everyone to be Batman. The Snyderverse is just a dark place and everyone has a tragic back story... AKA “Hi I’m Zach Snyder I have Angst in my Pants”

Warner Bros. would be much better off developing movies based on the hundreds of characters who aren’t Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, or the Flash.

Alienoid sounds like a neat little twist on a classic sci-fi concept. The subtitles were a little... awkward, so I hope the dubs are better, because I definitely want to check it out.

My guess is that the test screenings weren’t as disastrous as the initial reports claim and were used as a way to deflect blame on this decision. The Flash movie is also looking a little iffy as well so we could go from two movies with Michael Kenton’s Batman comes back to zero.

You’re right that there have been significant changes, but never (or nearly) compromise what makes characters and stories great. Most changes are along the lines of the

Man, don’t give them any ideas. “For ten million dollars, you get thirty seconds of the climax!”

The Wikipedia page linked below says that the cancelation of Broadway Brawler was due to Willis falling out with the production staff and he had to make three films at reduced pay for the studio to make up for it. One of those was Armageddon. I always wondered why that was the only Bruce Willis movie where he died at

RIP Zoe.

This is very true. Remember how just about any superhero outfit in the old pre-MCU was replaced by black leather or some such, since they were “updating” them to be acceptable to a film audience?
