The ending scene where Rhaenyra peers into the camera with fire and blood in her eyes was absolutely perfect. What a way to end a great season of television that restored our faith in the ASOIAF universe. With the future of the books in limbo and an ever-changing schedule surrounding them, it had to bring GRRM a sense

“House Of The Dragon seems to have wildly varying ideas of what a 14-year-old looks like.”

Just an FYI for everyone this book is not written by George, but Linda Antonsson, the owner of westeros.org, who has perpetrated racism and misogyny and harassed specific parts of the ASOIAF fandom. Don’t buy this book.

a) she’s rich. b) she’s british c) she’s old.  Many older brits feel an attachment to tradition and the crown.

I’ve been a fan of the season (even the Peanut Hamper episode), and started watching it week to week (instead of a couple day binge) because the reviews were so bad here. It is without a doubt a world building season, and it’s not a bad thing that it’s missing the big drama swings of previous seasons.

Tendi in particular is starting to ascend my personal list of favorite
Star Trek characters

Maybe not the hero they wanted... but the hero they deserved.

Y’know, I’ve always been of the assertion that the far-right chuds who complain about various “woke” media, leftists in Hollywood, etc. should just go an make their own competing products.

they asked for the anti-woke hero so...

It comes as a total surprise to me that a figurehead of a community united by their fervid and persistent disbelief in anything resembling a fact could be so gullible and easily hoodwinked by someone who’s actually perfected the grift, and taken to the cleaners without any real recourse.

No, that’s not what we call 70's carpet, we call 70's carpet...oh, you mean actual carpet! Carry on!

Title said “bonk” not “boink”.

Her name was just, “Feral Queen,” so it was probably just her likeliness, not actually her.

Pretty sure they meant ghouls (probably feral ghouls).

“Unexpected”? How soon we’ve forgotten Sephiroth.

What would a second season even have been? If Cyberpunk continues as an anime I hope that each ‘season’ is its own thing. An anthology series fits this world so much better. There are so many stories that could be told, just following these same characters would be a waste.

I’m glad there is no season 2. That story played out and ended beautifully. I wouldn’t say no to an entirely different Cyberpunk anime.

fine with me, it wrapped up cleanly and was great, didn’t feel bloated by being too long, didn’t end with a cliffhanger. this leaves them open for a different series in the same world if they want to do something else, edgerunners doesn’t need a sequel.

pew, pew, pew-pew, pew-pew-pew, pew-pew-pew-pew-pew, etc.

When my dad was a teenager in the late 1950s, he used to work as a dishwasher at a Mexican restaurant that was near the local cemetery. To get to work, he could either walk the long way around the cemetery, which was twice as far, or cut straight through it. More often than not, he’d opt to go through the cemetery.
